Appointments also available by phone.
We schedule appointments specifically for you and the service you’re requesting. Please allow 1 1⁄2- 2 hours for shampoo/style services and 3 hours for relaxer services. Add-on services, however, may require additional time.
If you are going to be late for your appointment, please call and let us know; however if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule.
**Cancellation Policy: All appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a $40.00 charge to the credit card on file.**
** In the event that you already have an appointment and desire to change it, please call the salon to cancel prior to rescheduling an appointment online.
